Primary School English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Primary School English Teacher to join our innovative K-12 school in Beijing for the 2026-27 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver engaging English lessons to primary-level students, fostering a love of language and supporting their overall development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach approximately 16 English classes per week to primary school students.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons, design assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the school curriculum.
• Monitor student progress, set targets and communicate results to parents and caregivers.
• Create a supportive, safe and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of English teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary of 20,000–26,000 CNY, commensurate with experience.
• Monthly housing allowance of 3,000 CNY.
