Primary Dance Teacher – Beijing

About the role

Teachanywhere is seeking a dedicated Primary Dance Teacher to join a newly established, fast‑growing school in Beijing. You will be responsible for delivering engaging dance lessons to primary‑age students while supporting the school's broader pastoral and extracurricular programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate dance curriculum aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the new school’s programmes.
• Participate actively in pastoral care, supporting students’ wellbeing.
• Engage in extra‑curricular activities and school events related to the arts.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑qualifying teaching experience.
• Experience or familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is preferred.
• Commitment to a student‑centred, IB‑aligned teaching approach.
• Willingness to collaborate as a team player in a rapidly expanding environment.
