职位概况

负责在生产现场独立完成作业任务，遵守公司制度和现场纪律，确保订单及时入库并提升生产效率。

主要职责

遵守公司的各项制度和现场劳动、工艺纪律。
独立操作岗位的作业任务，完成每日工单计划。
识别原材料是否符合HSF(GP)要求，处理异常情况。
提供关于控制生产效率及良率的合理化建议。
与领班及区域内员工协作，确保订单及时入库。
完成主管分配的其他工作。

任职要求

具备现场作业的基本操作能力。
能够遵守公司制度和现场纪律。
具备识别原材料质量并处理异常的能力。
