Operator I, Production Line

About the role

We are looking for an Operator I to work on our production line, assembling and testing fiber optic connector products. The role involves following production plans and work instructions to meet quality and output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Report any equipment or product abnormalities promptly.
• Complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and properly organize materials and workstations.
• Adhere to workshop discipline, safety production requirements, and company management regulations.

Required profile

• Open to all genders, aged 18 or above.
• Junior high school education or higher.
• Good physical condition and eyesight, without habits that affect work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligent work ethic, and basic hands‑on skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and comply with safety and workshop rules.

Required skills

• Fiber optic connector assembly and testing.
