Operator I, Production Line

About the role

We are looking for an Operator I to join our production line, focusing on the assembly and testing of fiber‑optic connector products. The role involves following strict production plans and work instructions while maintaining high quality and output standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber‑optic connector products according to production schedules.
• Perform daily work in line with process standards and operating procedures.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, tools, and fixtures; report any abnormalities promptly.
• Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation.
• Adhere to workshop discipline, safety requirements, and management regulations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area, organize materials, and keep workstations tidy.

Required profile

• Open to all genders, aged 18 years or older.
• At least junior high school education.
• Good physical condition, good eyesight, and no habits that affect work performance.
• Diligent, responsible, with basic hands‑on abilities and a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work shifts and comply with company management and safety rules.

Required skills

• Basic assembly and testing of fiber‑optic components.
