About the role
The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) Beijing Representative Office is looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support daily office functions, event coordination, and internal communications. This role offers hands‑on experience in a cross‑cultural, nonprofit environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, webinars, and team‑building events.
- Support daily office operations, including supplies management and visitor reception.
- Help foster office culture and manage internal communications.
- Coordinate with local IT service providers for basic technical support.
- Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in any discipline (business, PR, international development, sustainability preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese.
- Available at least three days per week for a minimum of six months.
