职位概况

腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌Level Infinite招聘海外休闲游戏策略专家，负责全球休闲游戏市场的深度洞察、竞品分析与品类趋势研判，为产品与商业化决策提供依据。

主要职责

定期输出覆盖全球用户行为、区域市场差异及竞争格局的行业趋势报告
识别平台政策、AI技术、买量成本等市场波动带来的潜在增长点
监控头部休闲厂商的产品迭代、买量策略与资本动作，挖掘黑马厂商的突围路径
维护休闲及各子品类月度数据追踪看板，输出异动分析

任职要求

5年以上游戏行业分析、策略或产品运营经验，咨询投资、互联网大厂或头部休闲游戏公司背景者优先
对休闲游戏有高度热忱，能从玩家与商业双重角度理解游戏
对IAA流量变现与IAP商业化有深刻洞察
英语可作为工作语言，能调研海外社区、分析英文研报
具备大厂自驱力，适应高频市场变化

必备技能

熟练使用Sensor Tower、Data.ai、AppMagic等调研工具
优秀文案能力，能撰写深度行业报告
