职位概况

腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌Level Infinite招聘全球网红营销经理，负责游戏产品的海外网红营销项目执行与KOL/KOC生态建设。团队发行《PUBG MOBILE》《NIKKE》《王者荣耀》等产品，并与多家工作室合作推出多款游戏。

主要职责

主导全球发行项目的网红营销方案端到端执行：协同品牌营销团队制定策略，跟进网红遴选、脚本与内容监修，追踪营销效果
拓展内容分发渠道，发掘新兴推广手段，持续优化营销打法
开发全球优质网红、MCN及主流平台创作者，定向挖掘跨赛道作者、竞品网红和高潜力KOC并重点培育
关注海外主流平台内容趋势、算法更新与创作热点，为营销策略提供前瞻支持

任职要求

3年以上海外网红营销、达人运营或游戏内容营销经验，有操盘成熟海外网红营销项目经验；国内主流平台网红营销经验加分
热爱游戏，深入体验过至少5款主流手游/PC/主机游戏
具备优秀的英语书面与口头沟通能力，能进行海外商务谈判与项目推进
熟悉YouTube、Twitch、TikTok、Instagram、Facebook、X、B站等平台玩法与网红生态
良好的运营意识、逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力和抗压能力
