职位概况
罗氏在青岛招聘一名血液治疗领域的治疗领域专员，负责管理内外部资源、服务客户、传递产品科学信息、收集需求与反馈，最终提高患者获益。
主要职责
- 基于公司产品策略向医生及专家介绍罗氏产品关键信息，使其了解产品知识
- 基于疾病领域策略传递医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案，提升诊断准确度
- 走访临床及病理医生，总结分析并反馈重点专家对疾病领域的洞见
- 组织、协调并整合治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗规范
- 协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病全程管理与治疗方案优化
任职要求
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验
- 具备相关疾病领域基础知识，过往有销售/市场/医学经验，跨职能经验更佳
- 试用期通过RDPAC考试并完成罗氏必修课程
