职位概况
江森自控招聘空调销售工程师，面向非保养客户开展顾问式服务，通过专业的空调系统咨询、运行报告与预防性维护方案，提升客户满意度并拓展保养及维修业务。
主要职责
- 为客户提供顾问式服务，了解客户设备和系统运行状况，提供机组运行报告并分析改善空间
- 建议预防性大修、空气质量提升、空调及机电系统运行管理等常规服务及延伸价值方案
- 分析客户流失原因，挖掘客户需求，协调内部资源确保服务及时优质
- 熟悉服务运营、技术支持、价格审批、订单管理及配件管理流程，快速解决客户问题
- 提升非保养客户的保养占有率及相关维修和附加业务
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，空调相关专业
- 3年以上空调行业一线销售经验
- 熟悉中央空调设备、机房系统、水系统或末端空调系统的基本构成，了解大型冷水机
- 具备较强的销售能力和陌生拜访经验，有成功开发新客户案例
- 认同客户至上理念，能承受压力并愿意学习系统化销售管理体系
