职位概况
罗氏武汉招聘患者解决方案经理（免疫治疗领域），作为对应疾病领域医疗专业人士的主要接触点，负责制定患者整体解决方案的策略，并支持相关项目的执行，以提升标准化诊疗水平、提高患者知晓率和可及性。
主要职责
- 患者全程管理：绘制患者就医流转图，推动院内及院间全程管理落地；协助医院和科室建立会诊通道及绿色转诊通道；管理项目落地并确保合规
- 支付方案与准入：整合罗氏相关支付方案，向医疗专业人士传递完整的支付解决方案信息
- 疾病认知与患者教育：与第三方机构协作，开展区域患者教育活动，提升疾病认知
任职要求
- 5年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先
- 跨职能或相关治疗领域经验优先
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 具备成长型思维、快速学习能力，以及优秀的沟通、合作与资源整合能力
