职位概况
罗氏在上海招聘血液肿瘤治疗领域的高级治疗领域专员，负责管理内外部资源、服务客户、传递产品科学信息、收集需求与反馈，最终提升患者获益。
主要职责
- 基于公司产品策略向医生及专家介绍产品关键信息，促进规范诊疗和治疗方案的制定
- 通过专业知识助力诊断准确度提升
- 走访临床及病理医生，汇总分析并反馈重点客户的疾病领域洞见
- 组织、协调并整合治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗规范
- 协助患者解决方案经理关注疾病全程管理与治疗方案优化
任职要求
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验
- 具备销售、市场或医学背景
- 跨职能工作经验更佳
- 医学或药学相关专业本科及以上学历
