职位概况
罗氏在嘉兴招聘治疗领域经理，负责管理内外部资源、服务客户、传递产品科学信息、收集需求和反馈，最终提高患者获益。
主要职责
- 基于公司产品策略向医生及专家介绍关键产品信息，促进规范诊疗和合理用药
- 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、不良反应及临床需求
- 走访临床及病理医生，收集并分析疾病领域洞见
- 组织、协调治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗规范
- 协助患者解决方案经理关注疾病全程管理和方案优化
任职要求
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验
- 具备销售、市场或医学经验；跨职能工作经验更佳
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 具备卓越的合规意识
