职位概况
Axalta吉林工厂招聘一名Color Engineer，负责喷涂及性能检测团队的管理、产品质量控制、配方开发与检测标准维护，确保生产顺畅并符合IATF16949等质量体系要求。
主要职责
- 管理并提升喷涂及性能检测团队的效率与质量，通过培训或JCC提升人员技能并做好记录
- 监控在线产品颜色状态，出现质量波动时组织QIR及QVR调查
- 按APQP流程开发配方，与生产、应用组、客户组协作，支持新产品试线与量产
- 协助维修部进行实验室设备检定校准，确保符合SOP及工艺文件
- 维护检测标准与方法，必要时制定新标准，并参与客户试线与问题解决的8D工作
- 负责区域安全卫生5S，配合各部门跨部门沟通
任职要求
- 三年以上涂料技术工作经验
- 本科及以上学历，良好的英语及沟通能力
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint及计算机化设备系统
- 能熟练应用涂料检测设备及涂料检测相关设备
