职位概况
负责汽车内外饰的设计工作，需根据设计领导的方向与趋势，高效并保证质量完成设计方案。
主要职责
- 根据设计领导制定的方向与趋势，高效并保证质量完成内/外饰设计方案。
- 配合项目管理经理与造型设计经理制定设计时间计划并提交高水准设计方案。
- 为效果图、数字模型和油泥模型制作提供示范和技巧，提升效率。
- 与油泥模型与数字设计团队积极配合，提供明确设计方向与指令。
- 参与设计团队的设计研究与趋势报告，提出优化方案和合理化建议。
- 支持并推动造型方案的标杆设立，包括全尺寸模型的装饰。
任职要求
- 拥有工业/汽车/产品设计本科及以上学历。
- 具备优秀的设计天赋。
- 了解整车开发流程，能够独立承担1-2个项目并顺利推进。
- 具备三维模型开发与展示能力。
- 熟练使用设计软件。
- 能够使用英语进行日常沟通。
