职位概况
负责产品发布的创意构思与视觉设计，推动概念落地并提升品牌表现力。
主要职责
- 参与产品发布的创意构思与视觉探索，完成核心概念、主视觉及延展设计。
- 负责产品落地页、品牌专题及社交媒体等触点的视觉设计，保持统一的视觉语言。
- 与工业设计、三维渲染、动画及市场团队协作，推动创意从概念到最终落地。
- 将 AI 工具融入创意探索与制作流程，提高设计效率与质量。
任职要求
- 具备品牌或产品传播相关设计经验，作品集需体现创意构思、视觉表达与落地能力。
- 对版式、字体、色彩与图像有良好的判断力，能建立清晰且有张力的视觉层级。
- 能从产品特点与传播目标中提炼创意，并清楚解释设计思路。
- 熟练使用主流视觉设计工具，了解网页与动态视觉的基本呈现方式。
- 主动沟通、关注细节，能独立推进项目并与不同专业的团队协作。
- 有国际品牌项目经验，能使用英语进行工作沟通。
