职位概况
负责英雄联盟、第五人格等电竞赛事项目的战队/选手运营，提升在微博平台的活跃度与粉丝粘性。
主要职责
- 规划赛事周期及非赛期运营玩法，提升选手内容产出频次与互动数据。
- 策划选手关键节点活动（生日、转会、夺冠、周年等），包括线上、线下及衍生品。
- 联动后援会、站子、大粉账号，推动优质UGC产出并预判舆情风险。
- 跟踪分析运营核心数据，挖掘粉丝需求，持续优化运营策略。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年艺人/娱乐或电竞粉丝运营经验。
- 具备完整的明星/选手运营项目策划与落地经验，能独立统筹内容全链路。
- 熟悉微博平台运营规则及流量玩法，了解小红书、抖音、豆瓣、B站等平台。
- 具备优秀的文案撰写、创意策划及数据洞察能力。
必备技能
- 精通微博平台运营规则与流量玩法。
- 熟悉小红书、抖音、豆瓣、B站等粉丝运营逻辑。
