职位概况
负责体育运动类超话的日常运营，提升活跃度和互动率，推动品牌与体育IP的合作落地。
主要职责
- 运营体育超话，达成活跃、互动等核心指标。
- 策划并执行赛事、球星生日、转会期等爆款活动。
- 监控数据表现，定期复盘并优化运营策略。
- 对接体育IP、俱乐部、赛事方，维护合作关系。
任职要求
- 重度社媒平台用户，熟悉内容生态和年轻用户话语体系，能熟练使用AI。
- 精通至少一项体育运动，了解圈层文化和球迷心理。
- 具备实战经验和社群运营成功案例，抗压且沟通协调能力强。
- 优秀的商务沟通与对外表达能力，能独立完成方案讲解和合作谈判。

- 熟练使用微博超话产品
