职位概况
负责公司内部销售人员的培训与辅导，提升团队专业能力与销售技巧。
主要职责
- 设计并实施针对不同层级销售人员的课程内容，包括产品知识、销售策略及客户沟通技巧等。
- 协助制定销售激励方案，推动团队业绩目标达成。
- 定期评估培训效果，优化培训体系与课程结构。
- 独立开展培训工作，提升销售团队整体绩效。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，保险、金融、教育等相关专业优先。
- 具备2年以上保险行业相关工作经验，有销售或培训经验者优先。
- 具备良好的语言表达能力和授课技巧。
- 熟悉保险产品知识，具备较强的学习能力和责任心。
