职位概况
负责云南区跨境自营车辆的统筹调度与运力管理，统筹单证、口岸通关及异常处理，提升跨境陆运效率。
主要职责
- 统筹调度跨境自营车辆，规划线路、班次及运力分配，监控运行状态。
- 管理跨境运输全流程单证，建立标准化流程，确保合规。
- 协调口岸通关，跟踪政策变化，确保通关顺畅。
- 设计并优化跨境陆运方案，评估路线、成本，推动运输能力建设。
- 处理运输异常，制定应急预案，快速响应并闭环处理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链或国际贸易相关专业优先。
- 3年以上跨境物流、陆运调度或关务工作经验，熟悉中老泰跨境运输流程。
- 熟悉口岸通关、报关规范及单证要求，具备多线路、多车型运力统筹经验。
- 具备较强沟通协调与突发事件处理能力，能与海关、边检、运输团队及客户高效协同。
- 熟练使用Excel等办公软件进行数据管理与报表制作，抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作。
