职位概况
负责投后管理体系的建立与完善，监测投资项目经营情况并进行风险预警，支持风险资产处置及清收工作。
主要职责
- 协助建立和完善投后管理体系，协调督促相关工作并提出改进建议。
- 持续监测交易对手或投资项目的经营、财务、资金用途及舆情，及时进行风险预警并开展现场回访。
- 配合风险资产的处置和清收工作。
- 建立并维护投资风险预警指标体系，分析超限原因并跟踪整改。
- 推动投后风险预警信息系统建设，提高系统化管理水平。
- 完成投后风险管理报告及报表工作。
任职要求
- 政治素质高，政治立场坚定，认真贯彻执行党的路线方针政策。
- 35岁以下，硕士及以上学历，金融、风险管理、财务、法律等相关专业，拥有CFA、FRM等资格证书者优先。
- 具备2年以上保险公司、保险资管公司或信托公司工作经验，熟悉债权计划、信托计划、股权投资基金的投后管理。
- 熟悉另类资产投后管理要点，具备较强的财务分析、沟通协调、数据分析及团队合作能力，能够独立开展现场检查并撰写分析报告。
