职位概况
负责公司安全生产与消防管理，制定并落实安全目标、计划及制度，组织培训与演练，监督日常安全运行，处理突发事件，确保公司资产和人员安全。
主要职责
- 起草安全管理目标、计划、检查、培训方案并组织落实；编制安全责任制、应急预案等文件。
- 组织安全生产教育培训，记录培训情况，审核施工方案并提出安全措施。
- 主持安委会会议，汇报安全生产状况，检查各部门制度执行情况。
- 对接安全监管部门，落实监管要求，开展“四防”教育培训。
- 负责消防安全体系建设、消防演练、隐患整改及消防合规管理。
- 监督夜间施工、停车场管理、租户消防合规及事故预防工作。
