About the role
We are looking for a skilled chef to prepare high‑quality hot dishes for the Black Pearl restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate high‑quality hot dishes for the Black Pearl 1‑diamond restaurant.
- Accurately forecast next‑day ingredient needs based on bookings and daily operations to minimise waste.
- Communicate proactively with the service team to gather guest feedback and report to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a five‑star hotel is preferred.
- Proficiency in hot‑dish preparation and plating artistry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
