职位概况
负责面试相关课程的讲授与学员辅导，确保教学任务顺利完成；承担面试及其他学科的教学研究，聚焦命题趋势、解题技巧及教学方法；参与面试资料的编写研发，兼任公开课、讲座及大学生就业指导服务。
主要职责
- 面试相关课程讲授及学员辅导，保障教学任务完成。
- 开展面试及其他学科的教学研究，研究命题趋势、解题技巧和教学方法。
- 编写和研发面试方向所需的教学资料。
- 承担公开课、讲座及大学生就业指导等教学服务。
任职要求
- 管理学、经济学、公共管理、社会学、人力资源、政治学、心理学、教育等相关专业统招本科及以上学历，其他专业优秀者亦可考虑。
- 有教学、演讲、辩论赛或相关考试经验者优先。
- 语言表达流畅，具备较强的学习和创新能力。
- 热爱教师职业，工作热情高，责任心强。
- 精力充沛，接受出差授课任务。
