职位概况
我们招聘面向企业的面试培训师，负责面试课程的讲授与学员辅导，确保教学任务顺利完成。
主要职责
- 授课并辅导学员，完成面试相关课程教学任务。
- 研究面试命题趋势、解题技巧及教学方法。
- 编写和研发面试方向所需的教学资料。
- 承担公开课、讲座及大学生就业指导等教学服务。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，管理学、经济学、公共管理、人力资源等相关专业，其他专业优秀者亦可。
- 具备教学、演讲、辩论或相关考试经验者优先。
- 语言表达流畅，学习和创新能力强。
- 热爱教师职业，责任心强，能够接受出差授课。

- 年薪8‑30万元（含基本工资、绩效、培训补助、年度奖金）。
