职位概况

负责在广州天河区域内推广公司肿瘤类药品，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。

主要职责

按照公司规定的覆盖和拜访频率，制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划，提供产品信息和医学咨询。
挖掘现有市场潜力，开发潜在市场，组织学术推广活动。
收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
维护医疗机构资料库，分析区域市场情况，制定区域发展重点。

任职要求

医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。

必备技能

熟悉产品及市场知识，掌握产品推广技巧与流程。
具备区域管理和业务敏锐性，能够有效利用资源控制费用。
