职位概况
在指定区域内开展公司肿瘤药品的介绍与推广，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 达成指定产品的区域销售目标，制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划。
- 向医疗机构提供药品信息，解答问题，提升产品认知度。
- 组织学术活动，推广新产品，收集市场和竞争情报。
- 维护医疗机构资料库，定期分析区域市场，制定行动计划。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉产品及市场知识，掌握药品推广技巧。
- 具备CRM系统使用经验和数据分析能力。
