职位概况

负责银行人工电话呼叫服务及日常客服工作，主要通过电话与客户沟通，解决其疑问，无营销压力。工作地点位于天河路岗顶，需轮班调休。

主要职责

负责银行人工电话呼叫服务（呼入约80%，呼出约20%）。
处理日常客服事务，解答客户疑问，确保服务质量。

任职要求

大专以上学历，男女不限，专业不限，综合素质高；有客服经验者优先，本科应届生亦可。
接受轮班调休工作安排。

我们提供

月薪4000-5000元。
五险一金等福利。
