主要职责
- 设计、策划并实施经营线关键岗位的学习发展项目。
- 组织讲师开发培训课程，设计学习方法并跟进反馈，验证培训效果。
- 开发培训案例，丰富培训内容。
- 建设培训体系，包括课程地图、人才发展地图、胜任力模型等。
- 推进人才培养项目，如基层关键岗位、班组长、技术专业岗位及管理干部的培养与梯队建设。
任职要求
- 扎实的方案和教材写作能力。
- 具备感染力的人际链接能力。
- 项目策划与运营能力。
- 了解业务，能够通过调研洞察业务需求并设计学习活动。
- 具备项目管理和资源联动能力，能够持续优化学习项目效果。
