主要职责

整理、维护或评审研发质量相关文档、记录和报告。
协助记录和跟踪研发质量问题，支持问题分析与解决。
参加团队会议，记录要点并组织跨部门讨论。
协助经理进行任务分配和进度跟踪，支持项目管理。
梳理质量流程痛点，汇总案例并与团队分享。

任职要求

在读本科或硕士，专业不限。
具备良好的英语读写能力，能进行基本口语交流。
能够熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
具备良好的沟通、团队协作及问题解决能力。
