Equipment Intern

About the role

This position supports equipment technicians and engineers in daily equipment‑related activities, including routine inspection and maintenance, calibration tool and fixture management, equipment documentation control, and technical support for continuous improvement projects. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure equipment reliability and contribute to improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist equipment technicians and engineers in completing daily equipment‑related tasks and follow‑up actions.
• Support fixture, tooling, and calibration tool management, including tracking, inspection, and record maintenance.
• Participate in routine equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting activities under guidance.
• Maintain equipment‑related documentation, including check forms and maintenance records.

Required profile

• Current university student, preferably majoring in Electrical Automation, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic knowledge of electrical control systems, automation equipment, and industrial safety practices is preferred.
• Programming experience is preferred; PLC programming experience is a plus.
• Able to commit to an internship period of approximately three months.
• Responsible, proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn and support hands‑on equipment activities.
