职位概况
我们正在招聘生产主管，负责高压铸造铝合金汽车零部件的生产管理与工艺技术优化。该岗位要求具备丰富的现场管理经验，能够有效控制生产过程和质量。
任职要求
- 熟悉高压铸造铝合金汽车零部件的熔炼、压铸及后处理工艺，具备5年以上高压压铸现场管理、过程控制和质量管理经验，年龄45岁以内。
- 理工科全日制本科及以上学历，具备良好的英文口头和书面表达能力；在机械行业从事生产管理或技术岗位2年以上，熟悉生产流程控制、精益生产、QMS、数据管理与分析、成本控制，年龄40岁以内。
