职位概况
负责汽车电子领域项目的整体管理，统筹研发、采购、工艺、质量等跨部门团队，确保项目按计划交付并满足质量与成本要求。
主要职责
- 管理客户关系，协调并领导研发、采购、工艺、质量等团队开展项目。
- 制定并跟踪项目节点，确保按时验证并交付成果。
- 管控项目变更的风险、成本及进度，确保符合性能目标。
- 负责项目直接成本（BOM）、质量和进度的整体把控。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验。
- 熟悉质量、成本、计划管理，具备研发领域专业知识。
- 以客户为导向，具备较强沟通和抗压能力。
- 拥有项目风险管控和团队管理经验，能够推动项目按时高质量交付。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
