职位概况
负责重庆分公司来访经销商和客户的接待讲解，开展公司专业技能和制式化课程培训。
主要职责
- 接待并讲解来访经销商和客户。
- 负责公司专业技能知识和制式化课程的培训工作。
- 自主开发并制作培训所需的PPT课件。
- 协助编写培训教材和文宣资料。
- 协助分公司活动/会场的音响、灯光等设备的调试、保障及收纳。
- 做好会议系统设施设备的保养与检修。
- 完成领导交办的其他事务。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，年龄25-45岁，3年以上专职讲师或互联网、直销、保险业培训经验者优先。
- 良好的职业形象，普通话标准。
- 富有激情，具备演讲技巧、沟通协调、应变及亲和力，团队合作能力强。
- 能够适应出差。
