职位概况
负责店内培训与辅导，提升门店员工的产品知识、销售技巧和客户服务水平，确保培训质量达标。
主要职责
- 执行月度HM培训、季度DM培训及新品上市培训，安排并检核店铺培训落地。
- 进行跨区域线上辅导、访店与卖场现场指导，提交访店报告和培训小结。
- 根据培训部要求准备访店前资料，跟进新员工培训进度，进行现场指导和案例分享。
- 参与L&D项目，汇总培训需求与反馈，制定并执行区域培训计划。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，2年以上品牌零售工作经验，有精品或高端化妆品销售经验者优先。
- 具备新媒体运营经验，能够进行自媒体内容分享。
- 形象气质佳，亲和力强，性格开朗，工作细致认真，反应灵敏。
- 热爱销售工作，能承受工作压力，拥有培训和辅导经验，沟通表达能力出色。
