职位概况
负责在西餐厅为客人提供点餐、上菜及结账等全流程服务，确保用餐环境整洁舒适，提升客人满意度。
主要职责
- 熟悉菜单及食品配方，向客人推荐食品和饮料。
- 清洁并擦亮所有器皿，保持工作场地及餐具室内物品齐全、干净、整洁。
- 添加所需的布品及操作设备，并从仓库领取物品。
- 按照标准手册完成服务工作，依据餐厅规定摆放餐桌。
- 结束服务后清理所有饭菜并清洁桌面。
任职要求
- 大专学历或同等学历。
- 半年以上餐饮服务工作经验。
- 工作认真踏实，态度端正，能吃苦耐劳。
- 身体健康，仪表端正。
必备技能
- 掌握食品、酒水知识。
- 具备西餐服务技能。
