About the role
Join InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, the world’s first global luxury hotel brand, as a Lobby Bar Attendant. You will be part of a team that delivers high‑end beverage service and creates memorable experiences for guests in a sophisticated lobby bar environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily beverages, serve alcoholic drinks, and attend to guests, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the bar and public areas, manage inventory, perform equipment maintenance, and follow safety procedures.
- Assist with sales data recording, inventory checks, shift handovers, and provide ad‑hoc operational support as directed by supervisors.
Required profile
- Associate degree or higher, any field, with at least one year of experience in hotel food‑beverage or bar service.
- Strong service mindset, good communication, teamwork skills, and ability to work rotating shifts.
- Valid health certificate and no legal restrictions on food‑contact work; experience in upscale hotel service is a plus.
