职位概况
负责公司内部销售团队的培训与辅导，提升专业能力和销售技巧，推动业绩达标。
主要职责
- 设计并实施针对不同层级销售人员的培训课程，包括产品知识、销售策略及客户沟通技巧。
- 协助制定销售激励方案，促进团队业绩目标的实现。
- 定期评估培训效果，持续优化培训体系和课程结构。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，保险、金融、教育等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上保险行业工作经验，有销售或培训经验者优先。
- 具备良好的语言表达能力和授课技巧，能够独立开展培训工作。
- 熟悉保险产品知识，具备较强的学习能力和责任心。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握保险产品及行业知识。
- 优秀的课程设计与讲授能力。
