职位概况

通过电话方式向企业推广猎聘招聘服务，开发并维护客户，完成销售目标。

主要职责

以电话沟通形式开发客户，推广招聘服务产品。
收集潜在客户信息，筛选并锁定商机，完成谈判及合同签订。
解决销售过程中的客户问题，确保流程顺畅。
跟踪已签约客户，确保付款顺利，实现业绩目标。
建立并整理客户档案，维护长期合作关系，收集反馈以完善产品。

任职要求

统招大专以上学历，有互联网或人力资源行业销售经验优先，接受优秀应届毕业生。
热爱销售工作，积极进取，具备良好沟通能力、服务意识和亲和力。
承压能力强，具高度责任心和团队合作精神。
