职位概况
负责根据项目需求搭建组织结构，协调内部资源，确保关键岗位人员及时到位，并激励团队成员，推动项目顺利交付。
主要职责
- 构建项目组织结构，获取关键岗位适配人员，保证资源按期到位。
- 带领团队制定项目计划，建立跨部门工作机制，确保QCD指标达成。
- 与客户保持良好沟通，维护关系，获取正向评价并建立长期合作。
- 控制项目范围，管理客户需求与期待，推动交付成果确认。
- 审批子项目计划，协调子项目间沟通，保证子计划满足总体计划。
- 识别、跟踪并解决项目重大风险及问题。
- 梳理项目成本，建立预算，实施过程中的成本管控。
- 负责项目验收及项目管理经验总结。
