Senior Data Analyst (DM-全国)

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst (SDA) leads technical and procedural delivery for multiple data analysis projects, ensuring compliance with SOPs and best‑practice programming. The role works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and implement data‑driven solutions that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical, procedural (SOP) and planning leadership across multiple projects, ensuring delivery according to best practices and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data‑science solutions using available technology.
• Scope, manage and execute data‑analysis activities for various study stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, extract, assess, integrate and transform data sources to produce dashboards, visualisations, listings and reports.
• Design and develop prototypes and final versions of data outputs using Business Intelligence and Data Visualisation tools.
• Educate teams on platform features and act as SME for data visualisation development.
• Identify project risks, maintain documentation and represent the data analysis group in internal/external meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate in information science, data science, life‑science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of senior‑level experience in data science, data analysis, clinical data management or clinical data programming within pharma, CRO or EDC software environments.
• Expert knowledge of clinical study data structures and EDC database schemas.
• Experience mentoring and training team members.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements and ability to apply SOPs and quality‑control practices.

Required skills
