职位概况

高德美（Galderma）招聘培训经理，负责公司产品及服务的培训需求收集、课程设计与实施，支持业务团队提升专业能力。

主要职责

了解公司产品组合及客户需求，制定培训计划。
收集业务单元的培训需求并组织培训项目。
担任培训师、辅导员，开展现场及线上培训。
协调跨部门团队（销售、医学、市场）确保培训效果。
管理培训项目进度、预算及评估报告。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，医学、药学或生物相关专业优先。
2年以上医药或医疗器械行业培训或销售培训经验。
1-3年跨国公司销售经验者佳。
能够独立工作，具备自我驱动力。

必备技能

熟悉药品市场环境。
具备培训、辅导及演示技巧。
中英文流利的沟通与演讲能力。
项目管理与协调能力。
