Job description

职位概况

负责避雷器产品的全流程研发设计与技术落地，推动新产品立项、试制、验证及量产，提升产品的稳定性、合规性和市场适配性。

主要职责

开展避雷器研发设计、结构优化、电气参数校核及方案落地，完成立项、技术论证、图纸输出和技术文件编制。
主导样机试制、工艺调试、性能试验及关键技术攻关，解决试制、测试和小批量试产中的技术难题。
制定设计规范、结构标准和组件标准，解读国内外行业标准并转化为产品设计与生产方案。
搭建技术体系，打通设计、试制、试验全流程，协助建立标准化、可量产的研发制造体系。
负责产品测试验证、型式试验对接、问题复盘与迭代优化，持续提升产品质量。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，电气工程、高电压与绝缘技术、机械设计制造等相关专业。
具备中高级职称或相应资格证书。
15年以上避雷器或相关行业工作经验。
熟悉产品制造流程、设计原则、国家标准及机械自动化技术。
熟练使用计算机制图软件，具备良好的公文写作能力。
