职位概况
负责跨境直邮小包在目的国的清关及末端配送，确保时效与服务标准，提升客户体验。
主要职责
- 执行并监控跨境小包的清关、派送、异常处理及签收跟踪。
- 对接目的国清关及配送服务商，协调取件、派送、退货等流程。
- 及时识别并协调解决清关及配送环节的异常情况。
- 与国内分拣中心及客服团队保持沟通，支撑订单信息同步。
- 收集运营数据，参与流程优化，提高派送效率与可靠性。
- 按要求准备运营报告，支持业务复盘与决策。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上国际快递、跨境直邮或相关运营经验。
- 良好的英文沟通及读写能力，能处理英文邮件及单据。
- 细致、责任心强，具备客户服务意识和团队协作精神。
- 能够适应快节奏、多任务的国际化工作环境。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office办公软件。
- 熟悉WMS/TMS等物流操作系统。
