职位概况
负责公司城配运输业务的整体规划与管理，确保运输计划顺利执行，提升服务质量并控制成本。
主要职责
- 建立并完善运输管理制度，制定并落实运输工作规划。
- 优化运输流程，提升运输服务质量，确保运费结算准确。
- 控制运输费用，提出合理的运输结构方案，降低成本。
- 组织货物运输及防护工作，对外托运业务进行监督。
- 培养优秀运输供应商，预判并控制运作风险，保障运输顺畅。
- 执行公司安全管理制度，履行安全管理职责。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流或管理类相关专业。
- 5年以上制造业物流管理经验。
- 具备良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力。
- 熟悉物流相关流程、合同、商务及运输知识，了解物流概况和特点。
