职位概况
负责厂务系统的水处理及相关动力系统的日常巡检、维护与应急处理，确保半导体生产设备的稳定运行。
主要职责
- 了解半导体设备的动力需求，制定维护计划。
- 维护管理CDA、N2、UPW、真空、PCW、排风、废水处理、化学供应等系统。
- 执行动力系统的巡检、保养及突发故障处理。
- 跟进供应商售后服务，现场监督维保、耗材更换和设备调试。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，具备3年以上相关工作经验。
- 责任心强，具备良好的学习和沟通能力，能吃苦耐劳。
