职位概况
负责酒店夜间运营管理，确保夜班期间服务质量和运营顺畅。
主要职责
- 监督夜间前台、客房及安保等部门的工作。
- 处理客人投诉和突发事件。
- 协调各部门资源，保证运营效率。
任职要求
- 2年以上值班经理或夜班管理经验。
- 具备良好的专业形象和待客礼仪。
- 优秀的执行力、应变能力和时间管理能力。
- 高度的责任感和严谨的工作作风。
- 有洲际集团或奢华酒店工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 酒店运营管理经验。
