Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Beijing Sansheng Future Catering Management Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its directly‑managed outlets in Beijing. The role involves overseeing all operational aspects, driving performance, and contributing to the company’s rapid expansion across China. You will be responsible for staff management, cost control, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed appearance and a pragmatic work attitude.
• Eager to learn and explore new opportunities.
• Minimum five years of management experience in international five‑star hotels or high‑end Western‑dining establishments.
• Age between 28 and 38 years.
• 60 months of comparable hospitality experience.
• Sommelier or WSET Level 2/3 certification is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills preferred.
