职位概况
负责公司全盘财务核算与报告，确保财务报表准时、准确，符合中国会计准则及医疗器械行业法规。
主要职责
- 管理总账、固定资产、无形资产及在建工程的资本化，完成月度、季度、年度报表关闭。
- 负责税务申报与税务策略优化，确保合规。
- 建立并完善内部控制体系，配合FDA、NMPA、ISO 13485等监管要求的审计。
- 搭建标准成本体系，监控产品成本、研发费用及毛利率，支持库存盘点与优化。
- 为销售、市场、研发等业务提供财务建模、预算编制和盈亏分析。
- 主导年度预算编制、月度预测及滚动预测，分析差异并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有注册会计师资格者优先。
- 5年以上财务工作经验，至少3年医疗器械行业财务主管或同等岗位经验。
- 精通中国会计准则及税务法规，熟悉US GAAP者更佳。
- 具备出色的Excel技能，熟悉SAP、Oracle等ERP系统财务模块。
