Key responsibilities
- Technical guidance and coach to Employer liability claims team
- Handle complicated domestic Body injury claims
- Vendor management
- Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities
- Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers
- Reporting and claims data analysis by portfolio / channel
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Law education background preferred
- Insurance basics
- Employer Liability / Medical products knowledge
- Negotiation, disability related experience preferred
- People management, team leader experience preferred
- Body Injury claims handling expertise
- Customer service orientation
- Fluent English
